Rules of the Market: Vendors who are loading in any items have the opportunity to do so the day before. Setup must be completed by 12:45pm 12/13/25. There will be No teardown allowed before the event has finished in its entirety or you will not be invited back to any future events.

***If you NO SHOW/NO CONTACT for the event you will not be invited back to later events*** You will pay a no show fee of $150 unless you can provide a similar vendor to replace you. (M.S.H. must approve your replacement).

Vendor Expectations:

We ask that vendors self-advertise the market at least 3 times leading up to the market.  This can be on social media, website, printing flyers, etc.  We do still advertise and this will just help boost the advertising that is already out there.

We also expect vendors to have a positive attitude and get along with other vendors. This is the same for any "helpers" you have brought with you. Our goal is to cultivate an atmosphere where wedding pros can learn from each other and the Speakers, network and collaborate.

I understand. LIABILITY: Mineral Schoolhouse it's owner and it's venue partners will not be responsible for any damage or loss to the vendor property, injury to, or death of the vendor. Mineral Schoolhouse event is NOT responsible for ensuring sales. Meeting sales goals is the sole responsibility of the vendor (to promote and advertise this WIC) The vendor holds themselves accountable for all risks involved, including loss, damage, liability, or injury from any cause.*

I understand. The vendor releases and waives any claims against Mineral Schoolhouse / Lewis County, it's owners, and it's venue partners related to the previously mentioned statements or in any marketing materials.*

AGREEMENT

By signing my name below I agree to all terms of the application.  I understand that I must adhere to all the rules of the market or I will not be allowed back to any future events.  I understand that all vendor fees are only refundable if the Market is canceled by the coordinators. Acceptance emails and invoices will be sent out within one week of being received.  Once accepted, invoices must be paid within 7days of date received.  *

If you have not paid for your sponsorship within that 7 day period or contacted us regarding payment, that sponsorship package or In-kind offer may be offered to someone on the waitlist.

Mineral Schoolhouse/Lewis County are not responsible for any damage, lost or stolen property during the event and is at the full responsibility of the vendor.
