The Mineral Schoolhouse is a historic gem in Mineral, WA. Originally built in 1947, this vintage schoolhouse has been transformed into a welcoming vacation rental. Guests have easy access to walk to Mineral Lake or drive 15 minutes to the Nisqually entrance of Mount Rainier National Park.
Accommodations
The schoolhouse features a total of six bedrooms. Four large classrooms, the principal’s office, and the admin office have been converted into guest rooms, providing ample space for up to 16 guests to relax and unwind. There are two large restrooms, each with private shower areas.

60-Day Notice: If you cancel your gym space reservation at least 60 days prior to your booking date, you may be eligible for a refund. This refund will be processed only if we can rebook the dates you reserved. A cancellation processing fee of $125.00 will apply, and this amount will be deducted from your refund.

Damage and Policy Violations: The Mineral Schoolhouse reserves the right to charge your credit card for any necessary repair, replacement, or cleaning costs resulting from damage, smoking, pets, inaccurate guest count, or other violations of our policies. In such cases, violators may also be evicted without a refund.
