Rainier Wedding Collective Tour

Several Wedding Venues in the Southeast Pierce and East Lewis Counties will be hosting The First Annual Rainier Wedding Collective Tour. We are excited that you want to participate.

Event Date: May 16, 2026

Schedule: May 16 (Setup): 7:00 AM - 10:00 AM

11:00 AM - 4:00 PM OPEN HOUSE at approved venues.

Ohop Ridge Tree Farm: 40707 Ski Park Rd E, Eatonville, WA 98328

Food Trucks and Caterers are encouraged to participate as well.

Exhibitor may not sell food or beverages in the Venue for purposes of on-premises consumption. If Exhibitor will be serving samples of food or beverages of any type at the Venue, Exhibitor is solely responsible for obtaining the necessary licenses and paying the necessary fees, if required, to the Lewis County Health Department.

Any items, beverages, or samples intended for on-site consumption must conform to the sampling policy by Lewis County or Pierce County depending on venue location.

Lewis County regulations may require a permit, https://lewiscountywa.gov/media/documents/2024_Temporary_Food_Establishment_Application.pdf We encourage you to check to see if your licensed/permitted will work for Lewis County for this type of event. You may call (360) 740-1222 with any questions. We have a good working relationship with the Health Department, and they may come by the event.

Event Conduct: The Exhibitor agrees to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, including health and safety regulations. The Exhibitor is fully responsible for the conduct of their employees at all times.

Insurance Information: Please provide proof of liability insurance coverage. This must be submitted 3 weeks prior. If you do not have Insurance or cannot provide proof and need to cancel; there will be no refunds. as we will not be able to replace you.

I am willing to pay $50 booth fee which contributes towards marketing this event.

We are offering anyone who joins now before March 1st, the opportunity to be a Founding Member for only $125 annually. After March 1st the price will increase to $250 and could increase each year.
